ERR_CHARGE_FAILED

Description

The payment charge request failed at the gateway level.

Common Causes

• Invalid or expired API credentials
• Gateway API timeout or service outage
• Invalid card data or insufficient funds
• PayTR: iframe token request rejected (check reason field in logs)

Resolution

1. Verify gateway credentials in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments
2. Check WooCommerce logs (WooCommerce > Status > Logs, source: invum-pos)
3. If using test mode, ensure sandbox credentials are set
4. Contact the payment gateway provider if the issue persists
